DESCRIPTION      A very pretty oysterdate with a rare “checkerboard” dial that has turned to a beautiful  cream colour.  So nice to see the original “alpha” hands, the blue steel second hand and the red and black “roulette “date wheel.  The case is nice and fat, case back showing some wear but its in remarkable original condition for a 70 year old watch!!
